Skip it if you…
Saves you a refund- Players seeking fast movement may find the sloth’s deliberately slow motions frustrating.
- Players who prefer forgiving controls may struggle with holding buttons to maintain a grip and carefully timing movements.
- Keyboard players whose device cannot register three nearby keys at once will need a controller instead.
Our take on Sloth Quest
The unusual limb controls are central to the game, not a small twist on familiar platforming: each grab requires holding a button, and movement is intentionally slow. That makes the emphasis on climbing and timing a useful guide to the experience, while the level count and collectible outfits add secondary goals.
What is Sloth Quest?
Control a climbing sloth through more than 30 levels, using separate arm and leg controls to move across vines, trees, and other obstacles.
Tapping an arm button starts it rising; holding the button lets the sloth grab anything within reach. Two other controls swing the legs left and right, and the sloth’s slow movements require careful timing. The journey includes swimming, predators, bosses, and treasures and wearable items to find. Discovered wearables and complete outfits can be used to customize the sloth. The game supports keyboards and Xbox or equivalent controllers. Keyboard players need a device that can register three nearby keys at once; the vendor points to a web demo as a way to check keyboard compatibility.
