Our take on Sigma Draconis
The peaceful design removes combat as a source of pressure, so difficulty comes from managing fuel, food, electricity, weather, resources, and colonist conditions instead.
What is Sigma Draconis?
Sigma Draconis presents a tranquil settlement-building simulation centered on construction and supplies.
Each newly created map contains expanding plant life, freely moving animals, and underground deposits that geologists can uncover. The colony depends on organic matter, metal-bearing ore, rock, coal, agriculture, and electrical power. Meals can come from factory-made nutrient paste, gathered fruit from local plants, or five selectable farm crops. Generating enough energy is essential during the lengthy, freezing darkness of this tidally locked planet; insufficient fuel can be fatal for residents. Every colonist possesses one of three abilities along with individual bonuses. Their workload and food choices influence morale and output. In the current version, the ultimate task is constructing a rocket and sending it into space.
