Our take on Planeta
The defining structure is a blank, water-covered planet that must be developed into a habitable world while keeping Pollution below Life Points.
What is Planeta?
Planeta begins with a blank planet covered by water.
Players develop and customize the world by spending Money on more than 70 buildable objects. Progress through evolution unlocks additional plants and animals. The game tracks Life Points, Money, Animal Points, Humans, and Pollution. Reaching enough Animal Points allows humans to live on the planet. Life Points also interact with Pollution: if Pollution rises above Life Points, the planet dies. The stated goal is to establish conditions for human habitation, build a rocket ship, and fly to the moon. Planet development can follow the player's chosen arrangement and combination of available objects.
How Planeta plays
- 01Evolution Progression
- Advancing through evolution opens access to more developed forms of plants and animals.
- 02Planet Survival Balance
- The planet dies when Pollution becomes higher than its Life Points.
- 03Rocket Moon Goal
- The main objective includes constructing a rocket ship and using it to travel to the moon.
- 04Object Construction
- Money can be spent on more than 70 objects for the planet.
