Our take on Shanhe
Its defining structure is a twelve-period day: monster disturbances arrive every half-day, forcing choices between combat, cultivation, rest, and exploration before too many creatures escape.
What is Shanhe?
Shanhe is a multiplayer strategy adventure RPG set in a world where ancient seals have broken and monsters have returned.
Players take the role of a young cultivator, explore locations such as teahouses, inns, smithies, mountains, and hidden residences, and discover abilities, medicines, encounters, and opportunities. Each day is divided into twelve time periods. Monster disturbances appear every half-day, so time must be allocated among fighting, training, resting, and exploring. The story mode allows different starting identities and encounters with wandering figures and sects. Multiplayer play supports shared resource discussions, joint planning, coordinated battles, independent decisions, and conflict between companions.
