Our take on ShadowSide
Several endings define the experience: Alex's investigation unfolds through uncertain memories, leaving the story's outcome open to different conclusions.
What is ShadowSide?
ShadowSide is a first-person exploration game set in Nightwood, a small provincial town.
Alex Carter, a policeman who has spent years protecting residents from robbery and crime, loses consciousness after an accident. He awakens in an unfamiliar place and begins moving through narrow corridors while trying to reconstruct what happened. Familiar surroundings trigger memories connected to the blood of his first victim, leaving Alex uncertain whether he is experiencing a nightmare or reality. The game focuses on exploration, atmospheric locations, and interaction with objects throughout the environment. Its story includes several possible endings and was developed using CryEngine V.
