What is SCHiM?
SCHiM is a 3D platformer about a shadow spirit separated from the human it belongs to.
The game centers on jumping from shadow to shadow while moving through lively environments. Light, shadow, and animation are incorporated into the gameplay, with animated shadows serving as platforms and parts of the surrounding world. The story follows the separated spirit as it tries to reunite with its human before it is too late. Levels have their own scenery and include small stories, forming a journey through an abstract world. The game’s central character is a schim, described as the soul or spirit of an object, living being, or other thing.
