Our take on Sakura no Mori † Dreamers
Readers seeking a complete story may bounce off at the division between the two titles: Part 1 ends with the revelation of an unexpected truth, while the second part was announced as later downloadable content. Players seeking frequent action may also stop at the investigation-led structure.
What is Sakura no Mori † Dreamers?
As a child, Shinji Fukigami lost his parents in a plane crash and later developed the ability to perceive entities he names devils.
On the day he and his childhood love, Madoka Akitsu, pledged themselves to one another, she was killed. Three years afterward, a female classmate dies, and more killings follow in Sakura no Mori. Shinji becomes part of the Sakura no Mori Dreamers, a team made up of him and four girls, as they investigate the crimes, oppose the powers responsible, and seek the truth about Madoka’s death.
The narrative also explores Shinji’s mourning and his bonds with the four girls. The project consists of two installments: Part 1 runs from the opening events to an unforeseen revelation, while Part 2 was announced for release later as downloadable content.
