Our take on All Alone
Its defining structure is a solitary investigation in which recovering lost memories gradually links the house’s diaries, strange events, and past into one final revelation.
What is All Alone?
All Alone is a single-player, 3D first-person horror game set in a strange house.
Players control an amnesiac protagonist who explores the building without knowing why they are there or who they are. Unexplained events and clues gradually reveal the house’s history, including a missing father, a mysterious murder, and paintings connected to missing children. Diaries found throughout the house provide information about past events as the investigation progresses. The game builds fear through quiet, sustained tension rather than relying on jump scares. Recovering the protagonist’s memories connects the mysteries and reveals the story’s final truth. It uses Unreal Engine 5 and combines its visual presentation with stereophonic sound.
