Skip it if you…
Saves you a refund- Players seeking a broad exploration game may hit the four-stage structure quickly

- Players looking for a purely lighthearted tone may not enjoy sections built to evoke fear or paranoia
Our take on Rotschwert
The bounce point arrives when ranged enemy fire fills the screen and the player must choose between closing in with the Red Blade or attacking from afar. Players who need a consistently calm tone may also stop at the sections intended to provoke fear or paranoia.
What is Rotschwert?
Rotschwert is a horizontal bullet-hell action game set in a faded, dreamlike world.
Players guide the Blue Rabbit through four segmented areas, including the Forest of Smoke, Tunnel of Perseverance, Alley of Reflections, and Arrangement of Locks. Combat supports close attacks with the Red Blade or attacks from a distance using its power. The journey features dozens of strange machines, with enemies able to fire back. Four selectable modes offer different play variations and each has its own ending. The story follows two rabbits linked by fate, while choices and aggression shape the path through the shifting realm. Although it is not presented as a horror game, some sections may evoke fear or paranoia.
