Our take on Riverbond
The defining structure is local drop-in/drop-out co-op for 1 to 4 players, with each map built around an objective and combat taking place in destructible voxel environments.
What is Riverbond?
Riverbond is a shoot-and-slash dungeon crawler set in a voxel world.
Players explore maps, complete objectives, battle enemies and bosses, and break apart parts of the environment using real-time physics. Hidden chests contain melee and ranged weapons that can be exchanged during play. The game supports solo play and drop-in/drop-out couch co-op for 1 to 4 players. Each map presents an objective to complete, while exploration reveals the contents of Riverbond’s environments. Combat combines weapon use with destruction of the cubic surroundings, giving the adventure a mix of dungeon crawling, mission-based progression, and environmental smashing.
