Our take on Rift Wizard 3
The defining structure is an open build system: spells and upgrades can be purchased at any point in a run, while portal choices determine which challenges the wizard faces next.
What is Rift Wizard 3?
Rift Wizard 3 is a turn-based combat roguelike in which an immortal amnesiac wizard travels through the cosmos to confront a nemesis.
Each run creates a new spell and artifact setup from more than 500 options, with any spell or upgrade available for purchase at any time. Players select levels through portals, decide where to begin, and allocate limited magical resources. A crafting system combines components found in ruins into passive equipment with effects such as stat changes and event triggers. Combat centers on direct confrontations rather than stealth or stair dancing, using understandable rules and puzzle-like tactical situations. Runs include 20 levels, new enemies and bosses, and revised final encounters.
