Our take on Revolt
The bounce point arrives when combat demands simultaneous control of ammunition, grenades, reload timing, cover, and evasive movement. Players who prefer direct shooting without resource management may stall once enemy weaknesses and weapon selection affect survival.
What is Revolt?
Revolt is a 3D dual-stick shooter set after a virus has devastated humanity and machines target the survivors.
As resistance fighter Guy, players enter enemy territory for sabotage missions through underground robot-factory catacombs and other locations. Combat combines cover, evasive rolls, ammunition and grenade management, reload timing, and weapons suited to different enemy types. Objects can be destroyed to remove cover or trigger environmental explosions. The campaign contains 8 story levels, while Survival Mode offers 20 arenas with randomly selected maps and enemies. The arsenal includes 15 weapons across 5 types, and scrap from defeated machines can fund weapon and armor upgrades. Encounters include 8 enemy types and a boss, with 3 difficulty modes.
How Revolt plays
- 01Destructible Battlefields
- Most objects can be destroyed, allowing attacks on enemy cover and interactions with explosive surroundings.
- 02Story And Survival

- 03Weapon Variety
- Fifteen weapons span 5 categories, including rifles, grenades, heavy machine guns, and launchers.

- 06Three Difficulty Modes
- Players can select from 3 difficulty settings.
Revolt compared to similar games
Revolt centers on dual-stick shooting, cover, destructible objects, weapon management, and upgrades across story missions and survival arenas. Hentai Vs Furries also features gun-based shooting, but its description emphasizes quests for skins, multiple camera angles, emotes, and a main mode rather than Revolt's campaign structure, enemy matchups, and equipment upgrades.
