Our take on Resurgence
Players may bounce at the episode boundary: only episode one is available, while the other three episodes are planned for later announcement. Anyone expecting the full investigation in one purchase may reach the end of the available content before the story’s resolution.
What is Resurgence?
Resurgence follows Jason Dawn after his daughter Rosie vanishes following a car crash.
Jason suspects that his debts to the mob may be connected to her disappearance, leading him toward a final confrontation and a disturbing revelation. The game combines an open map with interactive environments, concealed secrets, puzzles, and mini-games, including wolf battles and duck hunts. Cinematic cutscenes and voice acting present the narrative, while ambient music, environmental sound effects, detailed terrain, and a day-night cycle shape the setting. The story is planned as four episodes. Episode one is available, and the vendor says further episodes will be announced later.
