Our take on Repent
The listing foregrounds paranormal mystery and multiple endings, but the core play is a first-person walking simulator built around exploration, conversations, and tasks. The changing secondary events add variation, while the main experience remains focused on narrative discovery inside one building.
What is Repent?
Follow Robert Watford, a retired police officer with alcohol addiction and a troubled past, during his first night as a guard at Colony Tower.
His work becomes entangled with paranormal incidents involving a mysterious girl, a grieving father, and a secretive cult. This first-person narrative adventure centers on walking through the building, completing tasks, examining the surroundings, and speaking with tenants. Dialogue choices and decisions influence the story’s direction and its possible conclusions. Secondary encounters are generated differently between playthroughs, while conversations and optional events reveal more about the tower, its residents, and the mysteries surrounding them. The game presents an immersion-focused horror experience with multiple endings.
