Our take on Rebound
The defining mechanic is using a force gun to bounce a ball around the screen, making the ball both the object to protect and the weapon used against enemies.
What is Rebound?
Rebound is a physics-based reflex arcade game centered on keeping a ball within the screen during a single round.
Players use a force gun to direct the ball away from screen boundaries, into powerups, and against enemy robots. As the timer advances, random enemy events introduce robots that can fire lasers or explode, along with larger and stronger boss enemies. Powerups include cloning, rapid fire, hyperspeed, and weapons. The ball can be used to smash enemies, but an impact from the wrong angle may send it out of bounds. Players can pursue high scores, longer survival times, or mastery of enemy wave challenges. Enemy and powerup events occur as the round progresses.
