Our take on Quantum Project
Rather than limiting the action to standard run-and-gun encounters, the game mixes platform shooting with tactical problems, energy-field movement, vehicle control, and mechanical systems for mines, gravity, and protection. Its 15-level story campaign gives these elements a defined structure.
What is Quantum Project?
Quantum Project is a 2D platform shooter set in a near post-apocalyptic future after a criminal organization acquires unprecedented weapons of mass destruction.
As leader of the Alpha 3 rapid-response team, the player fights creatures and robots, crosses gas zones, faces snipers, pilots warships, aerocycles, and combat mechs, and solves obstacles through different approaches. An energy-field technology allows the soldier to climb high barriers and shield against bullets and debris. Green energy mass upgrades improve weapons and physical abilities. The campaign contains 15 levels and combines action with tactical play, including mine clearance, a gravitational field, power protection, a circular menu, and specialized mechanics for enemies and bosses.
How Quantum Project plays
- 01Energy Field
- The soldier can use the field to scale tall obstacles and block incoming projectiles and debris.
- 02Green Energy Upgrades
- Collected energy mass can be spent on weapon improvements and the soldier’s physical abilities.
- 03Vehicle Sections
- The campaign includes piloting warships, aerocycles, and combat mechs.
- 04Tactical Combat Systems
- Combat situations include mine extraction, gravitational effects, protective power mechanics, and specialized enemy or boss challenges.
