The defining mechanic is real-time dimension switching: each shift changes how objects behave, such as making furniture lighter or causing objects to float, and those changes open routes through the mansion.
What is Quantum Conundrum?
Explore a strange mansion after arriving to find an uncle missing and an explosion marking the visit.
The main task is to locate and rescue him by using the Interdimensional Shift Device, which changes the surrounding dimension in real time. Each dimension alters how objects behave. In one, a sofa becomes light enough to move; in another, objects float upward to provide access to higher ledges.
These changes form the basis of the puzzles. Progress involves moving through the mansion’s different wings and selecting the dimension that changes an obstacle into a usable part of the environment. The game follows a young boy through the mansion as he investigates the disappearance and uses the invention to work through its unusual spaces.
