The world includes NPC relationships, changing shop inventories, environmental mechanics, player-written books and notes, randomly generated loot, monsters with distinct abilities, and dungeons containing puzzles, traps, and bosses. Players can also tame and breed animals, practice necromancy, use battle chemistry, or take on conditions such as lycanthropy, which imposes limitations during full moons.
Community features include live story events, player-created quests, limited instanced housing, player-run shops, bulletin boards, and shared bookshelves. A free demo supports exploration and dozens of skills, with each skill capped at level 15.
