Prehistoric Hunt is a dinosaur hunting game built around contracts for Preton Corporation.
Players track 21 species across jungles, plains, mountains, water, and air, with creatures able to hunt both players and one another. The island includes changing weather, a day-and-night cycle, special locations, story notes, swimming, walking, and fast travel. Hunting uses 12 weapons, including rifles, a revolver, and a bow, plus tools such as callers and range finders. Rewards and found items support equipment improvements, while a shop and loot boxes provide additional gear. Captured dinosaurs can be displayed as full-sized trophies in a customizable lodge.
