What is Picot Ether?

Picot Ether is a medicine-compounding simulation set in a city facing an evolving virus.

As a clinic doctor, the player hires adventurers to gather ingredients, combines those materials into medicines, and treats patients with prescriptions suited to the virus’s changing traits. Treatment earns money for expanding beds, storage, and other clinic facilities. Discovering recipes unlocks additional medicines to make. As medicines are used, they gain slots that can pass some of their traits to open slots in other medicines. This lets players create custom treatments for changing outbreaks while managing clinic operations and developing new drugs. The story follows Yumelcia, a doctor who turns to an inherited document for clues to a medicine once used against the virus.
