Our take on Cuisineer
Cuisineer pairs dungeon crawling with running a restaurant: ingredients gathered in combat become meals served to village customers. That shifts the usual dungeon-run focus beyond fighting and loot, tying expeditions to cooking and customer requests.
What is Cuisineer?
Cuisineer follows Pom, an adventurer who returns to Paell to find her parents missing and their restaurant abandoned.
She explores procedurally generated dungeons, where biome layouts and resources change on each visit, and fights monsters using cooking utensils, weapons, and powers with different flavor effects. Gathered ingredients go back to the restaurant, where Pom cooks from a selection of over 100 recipes and serves dishes to customers. Local artisans can help customize the kitchen and dining hall. Quests from townsfolk offer gold, items, and recipes in return for requested goods. The game combines dungeon exploration and combat with restaurant cooking and service, as Pom works to keep her parents’ restaurant going.
