Our take on Photogenic Minds : Identity
The defining constraint is that every investigation is conducted with a single camera, turning photographs of corridor subjects into the deck used to uncover and retrieve a dead soul.
What is Photogenic Minds : Identity?
Photogenic Minds: Identity is a 3D exploration psychological horror game built around deck construction.
As detective Jennifer Silentfall, players investigate unidentified bodies and missing people in the paranormal city of Redelin. Each game takes place in a corridor that loops through 12 times, from midnight to midnight. Walking through it reveals subjects that can be photographed, producing pictures with special powers. These pictures form a deck used to locate and recover a dead soul at the corridor’s end. Logical puzzles require identifying the dead person’s traits and name. Situations are generated randomly, and repeated attempts reveal investigative tools that can be collected and brought into later runs. A single camera is the available equipment.
