What is Doll's Liminal?
Doll's Liminal presents a survival-horror journey through an isolated part of Japan, viewed from the protagonist’s perspective.
Inside this abnormal zone, unattended dolls begin moving and can pull trespassers toward its lowest spatial layer. Progress requires searching for useful objects, conserving bullets, and choosing between confrontation and escape while pursuing Depths 399. At that destination, firearms can be used against the Blood Trail Dominator as well as the dolls. Funerary Replacement Rounds let the player move their soul into an empty doll, opening access to bodies with varying tolerance for spatial instability. Examining walls at close range may also activate an event that sends dolls charging toward the player.
