Our take on Phaseshift
The defining mechanic is equipping four ability types at once, combining weapons such as homing missiles and proximity mines during races.
What is Phaseshift?
Phaseshift is a combat racing game set across 25 cyberpunk-styled tracks.
In its single-player Early Access league, players compete in more than 5 championships and can enter races, team races, elimination events, and time trials. The game offers over 16 abilities and weapons, including homing missiles, plasma launchers, mines, and drone turrets. Four ability types can be equipped at once, with loadouts chosen before events. Players can alter team liveries, chassis, wheels, and race numbers, recruit fellow pilots, and research abilities and technologies. Custom event options include obstacles, explosive barrels, weapon restrictions, and respawn times.
