What is PERMUTER?
PERMUTER is a synthwave action game built around an autobattler-style loop.
Pilot a nimble ship through groups of enemies, using movement and a dash to pass through gates, destroy foes, and collect points. Spend those points in a shop on upgrades that affect movement, defense, or weapons that fire automatically. Purchasing duplicates raises an upgrade’s level and produces larger improvements. Upgrade classes can also interact, granting bonuses to some or all of the current build. Levels focus on navigating threats, earning points, and surviving until encounters with elite bosses. The game takes inspiration from Geometry Wars 3: Dimensions’ Pacifism mode and adds roguelike and Vampire Survivors-style elements.
