Our take on Peregrine
Combat growth is tied to souls earned from defeated enemies, which are spent to improve abilities while traveling between lands.
What is Peregrine?
Peregrine is a third-person fantasy action RPG built around hack-and-slash combat.
The player travels between lands to confront Abbadon, the Cursed King, using the Desolation Blade against enemies. Defeating foes yields souls that can be spent to improve abilities, while collected powers can increase the blade’s damage or offer protection during combat. Fighting also involves dodging attacks or using the Blessed Shield to block and retaliate. The journey includes puzzles, secrets, and trivia found across the levels. Enemies require attention to their attacks and timing, and combat encounters are described as nonlinear. The story follows a survivor chosen to wield the blade against those responsible for destruction and enslavement.
