Our take on Frogsong
Rather than centering a traditionally imposing warrior, the game casts a tiny tree frog as its aspiring hero. Its conflict with social expectations replaces the usual power fantasy with a story about becoming capable while remaining small.
What is Frogsong?
Play as Chorus, a small tree frog who leaves a life expected to center on religious studies and travels to Boreala to train as a warrior.
Explore Salia through five distinct areas containing villages, enemies, and bosses. Conversations with unusual characters accompany battles against hostile bugs and other monsters. Chorus can visit a blacksmith to improve the blade and increase attack strength. The story follows Chorus's effort to become a hero while exploring identity and self-love. Hand-drawn 2D animation presents the characters and creatures, while the adventure focuses on finding a place in a world shaped by a rising army and a mysterious rumor.
