What is Paranormal Hunter?
Paranormal Hunter is a first-person online horror game for solo play or groups of up to five players, with support for keyboard and mouse, controllers, and Oculus Rift VR.
Players search haunted houses and abandoned ruins for grudge sigils while hostile spirits pursue them. UV lights can repel these entities briefly, creating opportunities to move or escape. Collected sigils must be taken to summoning circles to banish the supernatural threat. Locations change between sessions: symbols, road debris, and summoning circles can appear in different places. Successful expeditions provide rewards for purchasing items, while failing to survive removes extra items. Available equipment includes a ghost sensor, incense, and an amulet.
