During his investigation, he must perform the Oni-Mukae no gi, a ritual associated with the village’s demons, while searching for the truth behind the incident. The 3D-rendered village contains clues that help unravel its story. Kenta also encounters restless spirits of former villagers, whose unfinished business keeps them tied to the area. Ghosts cannot be fought, so the game provides walking and dashing for escape. Progress is saved automatically as the scenario advances, with the latest checkpoint available for resuming after the game ends.
