What is Muv-Luv Alternative?
Muv-Luv Alternative is a visual novel and the concluding entry in the Muv-Luv trilogy, following Muv-Luv Unlimited.
Takeru returns to an earlier point in an alternate, war-torn reality and attempts to change the events surrounding Alternative IV and Alternative V. The story includes military conflict, political conspiracies, international espionage, extraterrestrial invaders, genetic modification, and quantum causality. Choices from the first game can affect certain scenes, and the vendor recommends completing the original before starting. The game provides approximately 50–70 hours of reading, with Japanese, English, and Simplified Chinese text. It also includes additional voice acting, new CGs, a revised interface for tablet PCs and touchscreens, and Steam Cloud save storage.
