Our take on Momento
Room-decorating games often focus on arranging a space; Momento ties selected objects to a life-spanning story. Decorating choices become part of the narrative, and the journey loops back to its start to reveal other endings and changes in the path.
What is Momento?
Momento combines room decorating with a story that follows a life from childhood into adulthood.
Players select toys and other objects, arrange rooms, and see how those choices affect the story and its endings. The journey moves through different settings and explores themes of love, loss, heartbreak, and wonder, while sentimental objects recur with changing significance. Clicking through each space allows players to interact with items, books, lights, and animals, as well as search for hidden surprises and solve puzzles for rewards.
Items and furniture collected in story mode become available in a separate creative mode for decorating a room freely. After reaching the end, the story returns to its beginning, where new endings and changes in the path can be discovered.
