Our take on Miraculous: Rise of the Sphinx
The game combines platforming, combat, exploration, collectibles, and story scenes, so its design favors a broad adventure over deep specialization in one system. That breadth leaves less room for complex role-playing progression or highly demanding combat.
What is Miraculous: Rise of the Sphinx?
Play as Ladybug and Cat Noir in an original adventure across Paris.
Traverse rooftops by jumping, collecting macaroons and other items, and using Ladybug’s yo-yo or Cat Noir’s staff to swing, vault, and fight. Battle evilized enemies, face bosses, and investigate Hawk Moth’s plan involving a dangerous sentimonster. Local co-op lets two players fight villains and de-evilize akumas together. Exploration also includes visiting Paris streets as Marinette and Adrien, meeting friends for clues, and unlocking friendship moments. Master Fu introduces new powers, while gadget upgrades provide additional moves. The Kwami shop contains artwork, music, and other unlockable items. Familiar enemies include Hawk Moth, Gamer, Weredad, and Mr. Pigeon.
