Our take on Miniatures
The experience is structured as four separate stories, each tied to an object kept from childhood.
What is Miniatures?
Miniatures presents four brief, illustrated tales rooted in keepsakes from early life.
Build an unusual cabinet with relatives in Familiar, tend a pet reptile as wild growth advances in The Paludarium, seek the moon across shadowy waters in The House of the Moon, and assist the tuneful residents of a sandy fortress in The Last Sand Castle. The collection uses only pointing, clicking and exploration, giving each episode its own imagery and audio atmosphere. Tones shift between playful, enigmatic and eerie. The short, interpretive experience lasts approximately 30–40 minutes.
How Miniatures plays
- 01Four object stories
- The stories follow a screwdriver, lizard, seashell and moth, each tied to a different childhood memory.
- 02Distinct soundscapes
- Each tale pairs its own audio atmosphere with a separate visual style.
- 03Point-and-click play
- Interactions center on exploring scenes, caring for a lizard and assembling a cabinet.
