Our take on Mamon King
The game presents its combat as both accessible and highly strategic, but the central battle format remains one-on-one with command selection. Much of the broader structure sits in creature development, weekly planning, tournaments, and expeditions.
What is Mamon King?
Mamon King is a monster-raising simulation centered on becoming the world’s king.
Players raise Mamons, train them, enter tournaments, and explore expeditions presented in a board-game-style format. Each of the 38 Mamons has distinctive traits, including different strengths in training and varying lifespans. Battles use one-on-one, turn-based commands, with more than 170 skills covering attacks, defenses, buffs, and debuffs. Activating skills consumes SP, while stronger abilities can require larger amounts or sacrifices. Weekly decisions at home shape how a Mamon develops. Inheritance Summoning transfers power from a trained Mamon, while a scientist or trainer can alter its abilities beyond its natural potential. Progress ends with a battle against the strongest Mamon.
