Skip it if you…

Our take on Ninja Village
Rather than treating warfare as the entire strategy loop, the game ties military expansion to village commerce. Goods production, workshop placement, recruitment, and training sit alongside battles, replacing a purely conquest-focused structure with an economy-led campaign.
What is Ninja Village?
Ninja Village combines village management with strategic warfare in a fictionalized 16th-century Japan.
Villagers produce food, handicrafts, and other goods for visiting travellers, while workshops process transported raw materials for nearby shops. Income supports recruitment and training: defeated local lords may join the village, other potential villagers can be recruited for a price, and training raises levels or teaches skills. Assign villagers to infantry, cavalry, and other units, equip them, and fight regional warlords. Battles and items can provide new territory. As the campaign advances, villagers can join the shogun's forces and take part in the effort to unify Japan.
