Our take on Malevolent Madness
Its focus on vulnerability, stealth, and puzzle solving leaves little room for direct confrontation. The time-travel structure also replaces a straightforward route with shifting realities, resource management, and choices that carry consequences for the protagonist and the universe.
What is Malevolent Madness?
Malevolent Madness is a psychological survival-horror adventure centered on a time machine that responds only to the protagonist’s DNA.
The protagonist uses it to rescue a family held captive by a merciless force, traveling through cursed regions and different periods of the past. These include plague-ridden medieval villages and ancient Egyptian pyramids, where players evade demonic forces, uncover secrets, overcome rituals, and avoid deadly traps. Temporal Convergence anomalies can be manipulated to solve puzzles as reality changes. Players must manage resources, collect Legendary Stones, and investigate the mysterious Professor’s agenda. Choices affect the protagonist’s fate and the flow of time, while the rescue attempt carries consequences for the universe.
