Our take on MageQuit
The match objective turns kills into beard growth: after 9 rounds, the wizard with the longest beard wins. That scoring rule is the central structure of each contest.
What is MageQuit?
MageQuit is a wizard-themed fighting game for 1–10 players, with online and local matches.
Players choose spells before fighting in free-for-all, team, or 1v1 formats. Each elimination adds to a wizard’s beard; victory goes to the one with the greatest beard length when round 9 ends. Solo players can face bots or enter online quickplay, either alone or in a party of up to 5. Premade online groups and local sessions can each include up to 10 players, with local play also allowing several people to share one PC. The game has 70 spells, custom bots for online and offline matches, and support for controllers as well as mouse and keyboard.
