Our take on Lootun
The page gives substantial space to item counts, build options, and automation, while the central play loop is largely dispatching teams and managing results. Players expecting hands-on combat may find that emphasis different from the feature list's breadth.
What is Lootun?
Lootun is a semi-idle RPG built around character progression, item collection, and inventory management.
Players form teams of up to 3 adventurers and send them into dungeons while handling the equipment they find: items can be equipped, salvaged, or upgraded. Four core classes each have skills, passives, and three Ascendancy classes to progress into. The game includes more than 500 equipment items, over 100 monsters, more than 50 bosses, crafting, flasks, enchants, and socketable gems. Automation options include automatic ability use, item salvaging, and restarting combat after defeat, allowing several teams to run at once. Later challenges include raids for 6 characters. A Steam demo supports play up to level 50, with saves and achievements transferring to the full game.
