We tell you who should skip it, too.
Play it if you…
Good fit- Space RPG players who want ship construction and real-time combat

- Players who enjoy bounty missions alongside a main story
Skip it if you…
Saves you a refund- Players seeking a tightly linear adventure may find the open-ended routing and optional activities diffuse
- Players wanting only cockpit combat may dislike leaving the ship to handle repairs, weapons, and boarding actions
- Players looking for a purely on-foot RPG may not want the emphasis on ship building and space travel
Our take on Landinar: Into the Void
The freedom to set routes, missions, and ship design comes at the cost of a tightly directed progression. Players choosing a self-directed space adventure trade a single focused path for decisions spread across exploration, bounty work, customization, and combat.
What is Landinar: Into the Void?
Play as a rookie bounty hunter recruited by the Stone Eyed Children in a space-adventure RPG set in the controlled Landinar Empire.
Travel between 10+ sectors, visit stations on foot, meet characters, find hidden areas, and choose between the main story and self-directed missions. Bounty boards offer randomly generated jobs that provide credits and rewards. Collect hull templates and ship parts, then assemble a ship around speed, firepower, or another preferred approach. Combat takes place in real time from a top-down view, with 10+ weapon types. During battles, leave the cockpit to repair rooms, reload weapons, adjust engine boost, board disabled ships, and hack them for additional rewards.
How Landinar: Into the Void plays
