Our take on AirMech Wastelands
Its defining structure combines top-down RPG progression with pilotable AirMechs, then interrupts cockpit missions with on-foot stealth operations to recover new machine technology.
What is AirMech Wastelands?
AirMech Wastelands is an action RPG set in an alternate future America after a global collapse.
Players operate AirMechs, explore a large world, complete quests, and investigate the attacks threatening remaining human settlements. A pilot character gains levels, stats, skills, and cosmetic customization, while recovered parts improve each machine. Story missions also include on-foot stealth operations to reclaim AirMech technology from enemy compounds. Combat zones, quests, and vendors provide equipment, and players can eventually add AirMechs and command armies. Missions support solo play or online cooperation through location-based player matching. Timed events, variable story content, high-level areas, achievements, leaderboards, and player-created missions provide additional activities. The game does not include an offline mode.
