What is Kombine?
Kombine is a minimalist grid-based puzzle game where the aim is to clear all bordered pieces by grouping at least three matching blocks.
A group forms one piece of the same color with a value one level higher: three blocks marked 1 become a 2, three 2s become a 3, and so on. Since placement is limited to value-1 pieces, forming groups at later values becomes harder. Normal mode offers 50 stages, while time trial mode also has 50, presented in sets of 10 with speed as the goal. Keyboard controls mute sound, change background movement, or leave the game from its menu.
