Our take on KING PONG
Focusing on a single arcade mode keeps the game centered on repeated matches, but leaves less room for varied modes or campaign-style progression. Special attacks also shift play away from ordinary table tennis exchanges toward disruption during rallies.
What is KING PONG?
KING PONG is a VR table tennis game with matches against an AI opponent or other players locally and online.
After a shot is made, the ball reaches the table, keeping rallies active while players aim at glowing tiles to activate special attacks, including super smashes, drifting balls, cloned balls, and Gateling effects. A match is won by taking two sets. The game includes one arcade mode, avatar customization with helmets, snowshoes, and emotes, and electronic music with an 80s Tron-style presentation. Compatible headsets include Valve Index, HTC Vive models, Oculus Rift S, Oculus Quest 1 and 2, and Windows Mixed Reality.
