Our take on Killsquad
Its defining structure is the 10–20 minute contract: a compact combat run that can be played solo, with a squad of up to four, or joined in progress.
What is Killsquad?
Killsquad is a co-op action game combining twin-stick shooting, hack-and-slash combat, character progression, and science-fiction enemies.
Players choose from five hero classes with distinct weapons and skills, then take on contracts lasting 10–20 minutes across five planets. Contracts can be played alone or with up to four players, including real-time mid-mission joining. Combat involves shooting, dodging, melee attacks, and defeating waves of enemies and bosses. Completing missions provides bounties for equipment, power-ups, gear, and cosmetics. Weapons, gear, talismans, and skill upgrades alter hero abilities, while talismans can develop from detrimental effects into stronger passive items. The campaign map contains more than 30 contracts and over 15 bosses.
