Killer Ricky is an action shooter about a man seeking revenge on the Mafia organization that killed his family.
Players control both arms independently to aim and fire in different directions. During firefights, bullets are calculated in real time; those on paths that could hit the player trigger bullet time, creating a chance to dodge. Enemies can pursue, flank, use scenery as cover or traps, and react to noise. Objects in the levels respond to gunfire, breaking or falling, while blood spreads across floors and walls. The story follows the Mafia hierarchy, with bosses to defeat as the player advances toward its heavily armed final resistance.
