Our take on Snuff
The focus on rapid firefights, a broad weapon selection, and boss hunts leaves less room for slower investigation or broader role-playing systems. Its mission structure centers on combat objectives rather than an open-ended campaign.
What is Snuff?
Snuff is a retro first-person shooter about Dexter, a programmer and hacker hunted by an underground organization after receiving sensitive information.
After surviving an assassination attempt, Dexter sets out to pursue its bosses. The hunt passes through deserts, forests, cities, bunkers, temples, trains, ships, and other locations. The game has 13 individual target missions and four story missions. Combat uses 35 guns, including rifles, bolt-action weapons, snipers, submachine guns, shotguns, pistols, and revolvers, as well as melee weapons. Bullet time can be toggled and is tied to an adrenaline meter that refills when enemies are killed. Combat can also dismember enemies’ limbs, and the campaign includes 13 distinct boss fights.

Hentai Vs Furries is also a shooter, but its description identifies third-person combat, five camera angles, quests that unlock skins, emotes, and two modes. Snuff instead focuses on first-person missions, boss fights, and bullet-time combat.
