Our take on Iron Meat
The listing foregrounds the grotesque setting and customizable character parts, while the playable structure is a nine-level run-and-gun shooter. Its stated scope centers on combat, phased bosses, three difficulty settings, and local co-op rather than a broad campaign format.
What is Iron Meat?
Iron Meat is a run-and-gun shooter set in a future overtaken by an interdimensional biomass called The Meat.
Players control Vadim through nine levels, fighting mutated people and machines, dodging bullet barrages, and taking on bosses. Boss encounters have multiple phases, and the game offers three difficulty settings; higher difficulty makes boss battles more challenging. The story follows Vadim's effort to stop the creatures linked to scientist Yuri Markov's experiments on the Moon. Play is available solo or in two-player couch co-op. More than 30 character skins can be unlocked, with interchangeable parts that can be mixed across skins for custom combinations.
