Our take on Iridion II
Players who want a gradual introduction may bounce off the difficulty system once Starter no longer provides enough challenge: the next listed setting is Advanced, followed by Ace. The tutorial explains strategies, but the description does not specify intermediate settings between those three choices.
What is Iridion II?
Iridion II is a spaceship shooter set after the Iridion Empire returns and takes over human colonies.
Story Mode follows the fight across 15 planets in five galaxies. Players can collect power-ups to gain weapons, increase firepower or refill energy, and choose Starter, Advanced or Ace difficulty. The game features more than 200 enemies and 30 bosses. Arcade Mode lets players replay cleared levels and pursue high scores, with secrets and beam combos. Challenge Mode focuses on defeating all 15 end bosses as quickly as possible. An in-game tutorial explains strategies, controls can be remapped, and progress can be saved at any point. Keyboard and gamepad controls are supported.
