Our take on Iridio
Rather than limiting environmental interaction to scenery, Iridio makes fire, water, weather, and wildlife part of its puzzles and combat. Its island structure also combines exploration, crafting, hostage rescues, and survival systems instead of following a single-purpose action format.
What is Iridio?
Iridio is an action-adventure game set on an island taken over by criminals.
Players join Yatziri and the Wazhari tribe to rescue hostages, investigate concealed areas, gather materials, and make tools, weapons, and survival equipment. The island operates on a 24-hour cycle with weather such as rain and snow that affects play. Combat includes a crossbow with standard, electric, explosive, and incendiary firing modes. Captured tigers can be released and attracted with food to fight alongside the player. Fire and water support puzzle solving, hostage rescues, and discovery. Enemy behavior responds to player actions, random events, and weather changes.
