What is Inverted Angel?
A woman appears at the protagonist’s home and claims to be their girlfriend, despite being a stranger.
Players interact with her, the apartment owner, and a connected messaging app while investigating her identity. The opening section branches according to free-text input, then the mystery advances through further written deductions. Progress is based on how closely each answer matches prepared scenario patterns, judged by overall similarity rather than generative AI. The game uses natural-language processing through an Embedding API, with all story content created by the developer. The current release is available only in Japanese; an English version is planned for a future update.
