Our take on INVERSUS Deluxe
Instead of treating the arena as fixed ground, the game makes its grid part of the attack. Shooting changes the routes that opponents can use, turning movement, territory, and entrapment into the central structure of each match.
What is INVERSUS Deluxe?
INVERSUS Deluxe is an arcade shooter for solo play, local multiplayer, and online matches with up to four players.
Movement depends on the opposing colors of a black-and-white grid: one side’s walls form the other side’s routes. Shots flip tiles, letting players close paths, trap opponents, and claim territory. Versus mode supports 1v1 and 2v2 battles, ranked online play, five AI difficulty tiers, and customizable rules in local or private online games. Arcade mode supports solo or cooperative play through stages where players fight enemy swarms and build chain attacks for leaderboard scores. Single-player and local modes remain available while waiting for an online match.
